Apparel (Caps/Hats)

All purchases made through CapHeadChat are considered final whether online or at open market, in-person events such as ‘farmer’s markets’, special events, or pop-up shows, to name a few.
We do not offer refunds or returns on any caps/hats for any reason, including size, fit, or change of mind. However, we do allow exchanges on apparel items under specific conditions.
Defective or Incorrect Items
In the rare event that you receive a defective or incorrect hat, you must contact our Customer Service at sales@capheadchat.com within 7 days of receiving your order. If the defect or error is confirmed, we will replace the item at our discretion. The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with tags attached.
